We believe that the customer needs to understand which IT deliverables are necessary for their business. We can help businesses to get involved in the management of their IT Department in an effective and safe way. Working together to manage IT is better than just turning everything over to an employee or Managed Service Provider (MSP) with the hope that everything gets properly handled. Communication, questioning, testing / auditing are all beneficial actions and should be embraced by all parties.
We have worked in over a dozen different industries and have an excellent understanding of multiple ways to achieve a task while still understanding risk, compliance, and business needs.
Gene founded Computer Advice and Services in 2005 and has 30 years of experience in IT. Gene is responsible for project management, security / risk management and management of the business.
Steve is a Sr. Network Engineer and has been with CAS since 2013. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Montclair State University. He is responsible for project design, operations and client support.
Joe has been with CAS since the beginning of 2016. He has very strong problem solving skills. Joe handles many of the Level 2 and Level 3 support calls, scripting in our remote management tool, and security projects.
Corey has been with CAS since 2020. Corey helps to manager our support offering as well as provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
